Product Manager - shipping logistics & e-commerce U.S BASE

As a Product Manager specializing in Shipping, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for defining product strategy and ensuring effective execution. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance our shipping solutions while driving innovative changes within our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that optimize shipping processes and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze shipping industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver the maximum value.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and generate actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of shipping logistics and e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in working with US-based companies is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours are 2 PM to 11 PM Pacific time.
• Flexible remote work arrangement with potential for a hybrid setup in the future; offices located in Mandaluyong City and Clark, Pampanga.
