Job Description - Product Marketing Head

About the Job:

We are seeking a strategic and highly driven Head of Product Marketing to lead and oversee the end-to-end management of our product portfolio across multiple business lines. This role is critical in shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring effective go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of market and competitor analysis, define long-term product roadmaps, and articulate market requirements and consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, sales, trade marketing, and supply chain to guide the product development lifecycle from conceptualization and specification to packaging, pricing strategy, and product launch execution. This position also entails overseeing campaign planning and implementation, driving demand-generation initiatives, and ensuring product availability in line with sales forecasts and performance targets. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, advertising, and communications teams to deliver compelling brand and product narratives, as well as crafting sales tools and training materials to support commercial execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking campaign effectiveness through post-campaign evaluation, managing product and brand P&L to meet profitability goals, and ensuring optimal utilization of the A&P budget. Your role will also involve handling customer feedback through various channels (e.g., social media, website), using these insights to refine the product and inform future innovations. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable product strategies that drive both topline and market share growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of solid product marketing experience, including leadership and cross-functional management.
  • Proven success in both traditional and digital marketing within FMCG, ideally in consumer electronics or HVAC.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including 4Ps, brand architecture, and positioning.
  • Proven to lead product launches, build GTM strategies, and manage lifecycle plans.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a results & data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
  • Can start immediately if possible.
