What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager based on-site in the Philippines to scale our ability to build, launch, and operationalize product capabilities. This candidate will work with a wide variety of technical and non-technical teams to ensure product launches go smoothly and on-time and regularly gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from our users to support product prioritization and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class US-based product team in a fast-paced tech startup, and to make significant contributions to our product strategy and roadmap. As our inaugural Product Operations Manager hire in the Philippines, this is an individual contributor role but there is significant opportunity for career and scope growth.

What you’ll do:

• You will partner closely with the product team to launch new features and capabilities, managing them with many cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and high quality launches

• You will manage timelines with stakeholders, proactively flag risks, and ensure they are mitigated and addresses

• You will regularly conduct user research with various Tarro internal users and synthesize insights to inform product prioritization and feature rollouts

• You will generate and provide quantitative insights to the product team to both inform prioritization and evaluate the success of launches

• You will identify and execute on opportunities to create and modify team processes to improve our ability to launch products effectively

• You will get trained like our agents do and take many real customer calls to build user empathy and understanding

 About you:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Start-up experience highly desirable

• You have strong oral and written communication skills

• You have experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders

• You have experience getting deep into the data (qualitative and quantitative), thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.

• You demonstrate the ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.

• You have a “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

• You have a desire and ability to pick up technical skills necessary (e.g. SQL) for making data-driven decisions

• You are willing to work 5:00 am - 3:00 pm PHT

Salary range is 200k-300k PHP monthly
