Product Engineering 

Encompass jobs that focus on improving or developing new products, components, equipment, systems and/or technologies as well as for the transition of products from R&D into full production readiness. Jobs apply engineering principles ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards. 

Product Implementation Engineering

Responsible for the transition of products from R&D into full production readiness by designing, developing, and deploying new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods.

Work focuses on:

• Creating requirements and specifications for production test tools, either directly with development teams or by collaborating with product test engineers.


• Driving best practices to reduce time to scale, meeting  in market sales (IMS) requirements, achieving Vertical Start Up (VSU) targets and ensuring delivery of committed volumes;


• Identifying Zero Loss journey (ZLJ), define and implement glidepath to achieve standard variable cost and quality targets for new product launches;


• Addressing losses throughout the end-to-end process capability analysis applying scientific-based approach through Field Engineering expertise;


• Works closely with other areas of the organization to ensure proper operational support is in place for full production of new products.

Technical Skills:

• Testing & Validation  - The ability to design and execute structured testing and validation activities that verify product and system performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements across development and production stages.


• Data Analytics & Interpretation - The ability to interpret engineering and production data by identifying patterns, correlations, and trends, and to translate these insights into actions that optimise performance, quality, and process outcomes.


• Prototyping & Experimentation - The ability to design, build, and test experimental prototypes to explore design concepts, validate assumptions, and generate learning through iteration prior to committing to full‐scale production.


• Design for Manufacturability - The ability to design products and components with manufacturing constraints in mind balancing cost quality and performance to enable efficient scalable and reliable mass production.


• Process Engineering - The ability to design and optimise manufacturing processes by translating product and operational requirements into efficient, scalable, and well-controlled production solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Must be a bachelor's degree holder


• With at least 5 to 7 years of experience in product engineering


• With experience on the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills

Work Location: Batangas Plant – Lot 3, Phase 1B, FPIP, Tanauan City, Batangas

Work schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 7am to 4pm
