The Production Artist is a detail-oriented creative professional responsible for translating approved creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across digital and physical retail environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring flawless execution of shopper marketing materials that align with brand standards, retailer requirements, and technical specifications.

With a strong eye for precision and craftsmanship, the Production Artist supports the creative process by adapting, preparing, and finalizing assets for scale and efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, take ownership of your work from brief to final delivery, and value accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across every deliverable. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with designers, account teams, and production partners to ensure work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

DAILY DELIVERABLES

• Execute and produce high-quality production-ready creative assets with strong attention to detail.

• Translate approved creative designs into final assets across multiple formats, sizes, and tactics for digital and physical retail.

• Prepare files for print and digital execution using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Follow and apply brand, retailer, printer, and vendor guidelines, templates, and technical requirements.

• Manage multiple assignments from brief through execution, revisions, quality assurance, and final delivery.

• Accurately estimate time, manage workload efficiently, and communicate timelines and expectations clearly.

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and flawless execution before release.

• Maintain organized and consistent working files across servers and shared platforms.

• Collaborate effectively with designers, account teams, and stakeholders to support project needs.

• Proactively assist team members and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• 1–3 years of agency experience or equivalent production design experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.

• Strong print and digital production experience, including file setup and final delivery.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong appreciation for design accuracy and craft.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Client-service oriented with the ability to build productive working relationships.

• Highly adaptable, proactive, and meticulous in follow-through.
