Production Crew 1

Assists the Master Operator in the assembly, dismantling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment. 

Performs Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks based on the established checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of machines. 

Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets. 

Conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications. 

Conducts inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations. 

Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line. 

Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required. 

Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
