  We are Japanese manufacturing company leading the industry in propeller. We are looking for a production engineer to strengthen our businesses. - Design and implement cost-reductive changes.
  - Develop strategies to improve production efficiency
  - Determine which equipment will be used and where it will be stationed in the facility.
  - Maximize the productivity of machinery and workers.
  - Assess and analyze current production methods and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Bachelor's or college degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or any engineering course.
  - At least three 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industries is required for this position.
  - Knowledgeable in using 2D and 3D CAD and CAM
  - Strong oral and written communication skills
  - Has the ability to deal with different types of organizations.
  - MS Office Proficiency

We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our businesses.- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customerbase.- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers- Manage sales, Including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.- Provides excellent support for customers queries and requirements in collaboration with the business partners.- Oversee and keep track of day-to-day shipment, logistics cost, and efficiency of delivery. Provide regular reports on sales performance to top management.- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by top managements
