Production Supervisor

Description

SNPW team is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our organization and support efficient production operations, process improvement, and equipment reliability. This position plays a key role in leading production personnel, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring that daily activities are carried out effectively within the facility.

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, coordinating staff and equipment, and ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. Also involves in monitoring workflow, addressing operational concerns, supporting maintenance activities, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations within the facility.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and production processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, quality control procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Conduct routine checks and coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Oversee the layout and organization of the production area to support efficient workflow.
• Lead, guide, and support production staff and line leaders in their daily task.
• Prepare and submit production reports as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4–5-year degree course or related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role in production, manufacturing, or a related industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
