Production Supervisor

Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations:
* Die preparation and attachment;
* Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.;
* Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components;
* Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools).
Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.
A job at this level…
Leads focused team or work group members, and instructs operators to execute work, when appropriate.
Closely supervise process execution, and all resources and personnel employed.
Initiates immediate problem solving (according to existing rules or patterns) in case of any dysfunctionality in process.
