Production Supervisor - Pajo, Lapu Lapu City

Job Description

• Supervision of production workers and production process
• Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
• Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and health, safety & welfare of your team.
• Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
• Open with Fresh Graduates
• Received training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, SOP, and HACCP System
• Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
• Knowledgeable of different steps of the baking process
• Applicants with experience related to the semiconductor or electronic industry are encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to work in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu
