We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process in raw materials section. 

As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

What you will do: 

• To support and assist the Production Foreman in accomplishing various activities in accordance to set standards, policies and requirements of the operation.
• Strict compliance with the sanitation and hygiene guidelines to conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strictly follow Quality Assurance programs and standards to ensure product excellence.

• Implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), Halal Assurance System (HAS), and EHS programs in respective production lines.

• Report issues and concerns that may affect the effective implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) program of the Company.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required for the job.

What you will bring:  

• Graduate of any 2-year Technical or Vocational course, College degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in production operation, preferably in a food manufacturing set-up.
• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/Sanitation/Personal hygiene required.
• Other competencies required: technically-inclined, physical stamina and mobility, reliability and honesty, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.

Skills & Abilities: 

• Entry level position with work experience related to food industry. 

• General technical knowledge.

• Basic understanding of core technologies applicable to the business unit.

• Team player with a drive to learn/acquire new knowledge.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
