This role will cover the territory of Tuguegarao and Aparri, Cagayan, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager.

 
The position
As a Professional Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Ensure territory sales by promoting and selling Novo Nordisk Diabetes products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstores.
• Plan, organize, and implement sales territory programs for maximum effective coverage with a complete round of the territory every promotional cycle.
• Execute sales activities according to marketing strategy and business ethics procedures.
• Assess and diagnose the territory to identify potential customers, develop sales strategies, and execute territory plans to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct customer contacts, assess their needs, suggest appropriate products, and work in compliance with local laws, Novo Nordisk's policies, and quality standards and guidelines.

 
Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a science-related course.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Added advantage of having experience in the diabetes therapeutic area.
• Ideally we prefer experience selling in Government Hospitals.
• High-performing, independent, and proactive with strong initiative and tenacity, possessing strong account management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
