Qualifications:



  • Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing or any allied field. (e.g., Game Design and Development, Multimedia Computing, Digital Animation Technology)

  • At least 3 years of related work experience in the gaming or Multimedia Computing industry.

  • At least 3 years prior academic leadership or program coordination experience. (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and accountability.

  • Strategic and systems thinking.

  • High integrity and sound judgment.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.

  • Adaptability and change leadership.

  • Academic leadership or outcomes-based education (OBE) training.

  • CHED compliance and academic quality assurance. (preferred)



Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop a unique, innovative, and forward-thinking Bachelor’s Degree Program in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing.

  • Ensure compliance with CHED CMO, MORPHE, and other government regulations in offering academic programs.

  • Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned with regulatory standards.

  • Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty development planning.

  • Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.

  • Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and School Board.

  • Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program relevance and graduate employability.

  • Ensure smooth development, transition and continuity of the program in coordination with other academic and non-academic offices.
