About the Role: As a Mobilization Associate Manager, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

• Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials.
• Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
• Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
• Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
• Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 7-8 years relevant work experience;
• At least 5 years supervisory experience
