Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving successful delivery through governance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Program Planning & Governance 

• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. 


• Monitor projects details and status to support portfolio tracking. 


• Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms based on CCEAP standards and procedures. 

Stakeholder Management 

• Engage with CCEAP technology PMO, Technology leadership, business partners, and other cross-functional teams. 


• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across the tower assigned. 

Project Oversight 

• Coordinate and monitor interdependent projects. 


• Support project managers in resolving escalations and resource conflicts. Raise issues to Technology PMO. 

Risk & Issue Management 

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks. 


• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues. 

Resource Management 

• Optimize resource allocation across projects. 


• Performance Tracking & Reporting 


• Track KPIs and program milestones. 


• Provide regular updates to the technology PMO. 

Standards & Methodology 

• Ensure adherence to CCEAP PMO standards, tools, and templates. 


• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. 

Change Management 

• Lead CCEAP PMO change initiatives. 


• Support organizational readiness and adoption strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in PMO or Program Manager.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
