Our Enterprise Data team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Program Oversight and Control Officer.

In this role, you will oversee the progress and governance of a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to stage-gate requirements, approval processes, documentation standards, and delivery commitments. You will proactively monitor project status, workforce capacity, performance metrics, and service obligations, identifying risks early and escalating issues to support timely and compliant portfolio execution.

What the role will entail

• Monitor the progress, schedule health, and stage-gate compliance of assigned projects, ensuring required approvals, documentation, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify and escalate overdue milestones, missing project artifacts, approval gaps, and delivery risks to support proactive issue management.
• Track project commitments, key performance targets, and alignment with organizational priorities, highlighting initiatives that are at risk of missing objectives.
• Maintain accurate portfolio reporting by reconciling project status, performance metrics, and governance requirements across assigned projects.
• Analyze resource utilization and workforce capacity, identifying over-allocation risks and providing insights to support staffing and workforce planning decisions.
• Oversee SLA compliance for assigned projects, monitor service breaches and escalation trends, and coordinate with stakeholders to address operational and audit-related concerns.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO operations, project or portfolio management, or IT delivery oversight, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrate experience managing and reporting on multiple concurrent projects at a portfolio level, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and stage-gate governance frameworks.
• Track KRAs, KPIs, and project performance using RAG status reporting, with the ability to identify and escalate risks proactively.
• Apply knowledge of workforce capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization management to support effective portfolio oversight.
• Leverage portfolio management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable insights and performance visibility.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently while coordinating with multiple project leaders; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project or portfolio management certifications are an advantage.
