Job Summary:
SharePro Inc. is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Project and Construction Management Manager to join our team in Cebu. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, including planning, design, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, design, and construction of multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost control.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Resolve any project-related issues, delays, or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage and approve project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other key partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project and construction management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction project management software.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
