Project Architect - Muntinlupa Project

DREAMBUILDERS PRO, INC.is a wholly owned subsidiary company and is considered the construction arm of a well-established Filinvest Development Corporation. It is considered the youngest member of the conglomerate but the fastest growing company in the Philippines.

Job Description

1. Planning Function:

• Reviews plans and specifications. Prepares RFIs & RFAs whenever necessary.
• Estimates architectural elements in buildings.
• Prepares works schedules and updates during the duration of construction.
• Plans construction methodology to implement architectural works.
• Coordinates with consultants/designers on issues confronting project execution.
• Prepares manpower and equipment loading schedule.
• Requisitions materials, manpower, and equipment needed for project implementation.
• Prepares drawings and shop drawings.

2. Project Execution:

• Supervises layout and execution of architectural works.
• Coordinates with other work disciplines, i.e. structural, MEPFS, etc. in the implementation of plans and specifications.
• Cooperates with QA/QC department on implementation of quality standards.
• Performs required test procedures based on plan and specifications and standard industry practices.
• Monitors project accomplishment and submits report periodically.
• Attend field coordination meetings regularly.
• Implements safety policies and procedures in the project site.
• Conducts regular inspection in the field.
• Implements policies and procedures governing the operation in the project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• With at least 2-4 Years work experience, preferably acquired from an architectural firm.
• Must be knowledgeable with the National Building Code, Fire code of the Philippines and Accessibility Code of the Philippines and their application.
• Preferably with experience in Vertical projects.
• Effective in both oral and written communication.
• Preferably a licensed Architect.
• Willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa Project, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
