We are seeking a Project Coordinator, Hosted Solutions (IC2-G3) located in Manila, Philippines to support our operational, architecture and project teams by managing resource allocation, tracking availability, and optimizing workforce utilization. You will play a key role in ensuring projects have the right people with the right skills at the right time, facilitating smooth project delivery and operational efficiency. You will also manage small projects planning and tracking progress and you will support the senior project manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while developing your skills in project management best practices.
Technical Outputs/Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the assignment of technical resources across internal and customer cloud projects.
Use ServiceNow (SPM) assign resources to projects as requested by the senior project manager
Ensure daily alignment and collaboration with the operational and architectural leads to shift resources as required based on business priorities
Monitor resource utilization and provide regular reports on capacity, potential bottlenecks, and risks.
Assist in developing and improving resource management processes and tools using ServiceNow (SPM)
Track and report on project staffing metrics and key performance indicators.
Coordinate project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Track project budgets, resources, and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the overall Hosted Solutions Team
Maintain processes and procedures
Ensure time recorded for all work

Training and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Any Project Management or Agile Certification
Skills and Experience
2+ years’ experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, or project coordination—preferably in a tech environment.
Experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management tools
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
