The Project Delivery Expert helps the Agile tribe focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done; causing the removal of impediments to the agile tribe’s progress and ensuring that all agile ceremonies take place are positive, productive and kept within the timebox. They will also serve as the change agent of the tribe, by behaving as a servant leader and reflecting and teaching the agile values to the Agile team and collaborating with other scrum masters as well.

- Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and governance
- Leads over-all cross functional project delivery
- Leads transition and change management (inclusive of initiation, strategic insights, approach, and design)
- Leads strategic management of enterprise-wide portfolio and programs that provide value and drive to achieve business objectives
- Work with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure the transparency of team artifacts, including the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Product Increment
