DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Prepare, format, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to:
* Project Documents
* User-Acceptance-Test Documents
* Acceptance Certificates
* Project Closeout Reports
* Technical and Functional Reports
2) Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather documentation requirements and ensure timely submissions.
3) Follow up with customers and stakeholders for documentation signoffs and approvals.
4) Manage version control and ensure documentation adheres to internal and client-specific standards.
5) Create and maintain process flows and diagrams using MS Visio.
6) Support audit and compliance checks by maintaining organized documentation records.
7) Assist in preparing professional presentations and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
8) Contribute to documentation process improvement and standardization across projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project documentation or coordination roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
* Strong background in documentation collation, formatting, and customer follow-up.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills for both internal and external interactions.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams simultaneously.
