Project Inspector 4-Transmission Line (civil)(Proj P)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 

• Master’s Degree in Structural/Geotechnical Engineering 

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent) 

• PMP or equivalent project management certification 

• Construction Safety Training (e.g., COSH/BOSH) 

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification 

• QA/QC Training 

• Environmental Management Training 

• Minimum 8–10 years of civil engineering experience 

• At least 5 years in transmission line or power infrastructure projects 

• Experience in dam and hydro-related transmission systems (switchyard, transmission corridor) 

• Experience in foundation works (pile foundation, mass concrete, soil improvement) 

• Experience working in remote or mountainous terrain preferred 

• Knowledge of transmission tower foundation design 

• Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE) 

• Soil mechanics and geotechnical principles 

• Familiarity with FIDIC contract provisions 

• Concrete technology & material testing 

• Experience with drone/site digital monitoring 

• Interpretation of IFC drawings & survey data 

• Knowledge of GIS applications 

• Quantity verification and measurement 

• Exposure to hydropower project lifecycle 

• MS Office and reporting tools 

• Primavera P6 familiarity
