Job Description - Project Management Office (PMO) Lead

The Project Management Office Lead or PMO Lead is responsible to support and assist the Director of Governance & Change in managing PMO affairs and in the delivery and governance of defined projects and initiatives consistent with the action plans and strategies mapped to the company business plan.


 


The PMO Lead should help ensure that the organization has project delivery and program structures in place to manage all business changes across Sales & Distribution Center Operations, Quality Controls, Process Management, Risk Management & Compliance, and enabling Technologies.


 


As a pivotal role in Change Management Implementation, the PMO Lead should demonstrate commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a collaborative and supportive work environment, whilst supporting project timelines and the company’s One Page Business Plan.


 



  • As the internal Data Protection Officer who will be mainly responsible for the Data Privacy Act Implementation

  • Helps monitor all key projects across different functions/business units in line with the Change Management Policy.

  • Assists to maintain the Project and Program Dashboards that tracks and reports on implementation status and efforts

  • Assists in all change management activities and help facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings, where required

  • Assists in the build and update of key project management enablers

  • Helps to maintain Issue, Risk, and Decision documentation, as they relate to project implementation timelines and co-dependencies, and collaborate with other teams and process owners for solutions development.

  • Helps to Maintain documentation of changes to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and identify dependency implications.

  • Develops PMO communications documents detailing implementation progress for Excom and all Stakeholders

  • Work with Project Leads to keep track of all deliverables and ensure measurement of success are defined and implemented

  • Assist to implement a governance framework for all projects

  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit including as back up to Emergency Response Team Head for Business Continuity Planning

  • Assumes Adhoc duties as required covering the day-to-day PMO operations in support of the Director of Governance and Change.
