Project Manager

Job Description

This position is accountable for common project management tasks with the focus on quality, time and budget, as well providing project management insights for any pre-sales activity, and transition of the project to the support organization. The Project Manager will coordinate all parties in the practice.

The ideal resource would have project management experience in leading multiple projects concurrently. The candidate must have the ability to quickly learn and understand how to manage projects on a daily basis. The candidate must have strong communication and organization skills to effectively work across many teams.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with suitable project plans

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the internal project management process, responsibilities in terms of standardization and reporting

• Partner with business customers and IT team to lead and coordinate projects and enhancements including project schedules and resource planning.

• Ensure IT governance, project management methodology processes and tools are consistently followed

• Execute Project Plan according to the project constraints identified

• Manage costs and revenue for each project

• Identify opportunities, risks and constraints in projects

• Responsible for proper project controlling, billing and reporting

• Provide input to the continual improvement of services

• Facilitate handover from Project Implementation to Operational Support

• Support sales and presales activities by providing Project Managetment insight

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in project implementation / project management for any IT Solution (preferablySAP or any ERP Application)
• Should be willing to go to customer site for critical project activities (supported by companypolicy on transportation / lodging, etc)
• Should be fluent in English
