Job Description - Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and deep expertise in Go High Level (GHL). This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, client communication, and hands-on implementation. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns while ensuring seamless integration within GHL systems and workflows.



Key Responsibilities


  • Project Management:

    • Oversee client marketing projects from onboarding to delivery using structured SOPs.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (media buyers, designers, automation specialists) to meet deadlines.

    • Monitor task progress and report status updates to clients.



  • Ads Management Expertise:

    • Strategize, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

    • Interpret performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and implement optimization strategies.

    • Ensure tracking (Pixel, GTM, UTM parameters) is correctly set up and maintained.



  • GHL Automation & CRM:

    • Build and optimize GHL workflows, pipelines, calendars, and triggers.

    • Set up lead nurturing sequences, SMS/email automations, and appointment booking systems.

    • Integrate GHL with third-party tools via webhooks and APIs when necessary.



  • Client Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

    • Conduct regular review meetings, present reports, and gather feedback.

    • Educate clients on campaign and system performance in non-technical terms.



  • Process Improvement:

    • Contribute to refining internal SOPs for onboarding, campaign QA, and reporting.

    • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in workflow or communication.







Qualifications



  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing project management.

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or YouTube campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Go High Level: workflows, CRM, forms, calendars, and automations.

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and conversion tracking tools.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp/Asana, Loom, and Google Workspace.





Preferred Qualifications



  • Agency background with client-facing experience.

  • Familiarity with lead gen and local service business funnels.

  • Basic HTML/CSS or Zapier knowledge is a plus.




Performance Metrics



  • On-time project/task completion rate

  • Client satisfaction scores

  • Campaign performance improvement (e.g., cost-per-lead reduction, ROAS growth)

  • Automation efficiency (e.g., reduced manual workload)
