I. PURPOSE
PROJECT MANAGER that will be responsible for the overall deliverable of an Interior fit-out project from design stage to hand over of the project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and Implementing the construction project.
• Creating Construction schedule with project deliverables and milestones
• Construction project budget Management
• Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end
• Working with vendors, oversee the performance of subcontractors and other members of construction
teams
• Managing resources such as constructions supplies, workers and equipment.
• Maintain health and safety standard on site.
• Create project reports.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
• Graduate of Engineering Course preferably BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• At least 3 years’ working experience in Project Management – Construction Industry
C. Competency
• Knowledgeable in civil works, basic electrical works, estimating quantities.
• Well experienced in Client facing.
• Has a good English communication skill
• Preferably has his own mobility to go to office and project sites
• Willing to work in extended hours as needed and can be assigned nationwide
