   Project Manager / Operations Support Officer

   
   

Job Summary

In charge of overseeing all system implementation requirements such as, but not limited to Project Management and UAT Management.

He/She/They will also be on top of accounting-related matters such as billing and payment, accrual, campaign management points feature and breakage. Additionally, he/she/they will be in charge of policies and procedures, guidelines and all related documentations.The duties and responsibilities we will trust you with:

  Systems and UAT Management: ensures delivery of projects on time, within scope and within budget - developing a detailed Project Work Plan, recording and resolving all system issues, and reviewing and preparing UAT scripts as needed

  Accounting, Billing, and Payment: handling the billing process as well as the processing of reports for payment and accounting

  
  


• 
  

  Policies, Procedures, and Case Types: handling policy formulation and and monitors the implementation of all operational procedures

  
  

The qualifications you should have are:

  Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of four (4) years experience in operations preferably from a banking or card institution

  
  

You must be willing to work onsite in Makati / Ortigas.
