Qualifications

Must be a licensed Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer.

At least 15 years of solid experience in Project Management and Construction Operations specializing in Hydropower Plant, Infrastructure, Railways, Industrial/ Commercial Bldgs, Overhead Transmission Lines/ Substation Lines, Geothermal Power Plant Maintenance Projects.

Exhibits strong skills in Business Acumen, Commercial Sense and Client Management.

Highly effective communication skills.

Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.

Job Description Summary

Ensures all project deliverables are being executed on time, within the budget, and in compliance to Quality, Health Environment and Safety Standards.

Supervises and monitors the performance of the project management team, facilitates the regular weekly and monthly management meetings including site inspections.

Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction.

Manages the client, subcontractors, project management team and other stakeholders.
