Project Manager

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for applying the appropriate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to manage the

different project processes.

DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review approved project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standards.


2. Participate in the Pre-bid meetings and actual site inspection and check plan versus actual site condition.


3. Conduct Technical meeting with contractor and Building Admin for project implementation.


4. Secure Building permits forms from office of the building official.


5. Submit signed and sealed plans to building admin for approval.


6. Prepares all the necessary documentation needed for the building permit.


7. Conducts pre-construction meeting prior to mobilization of contractor.


8. Coordinate with departments concerned on the project and deliverable scope.


9. Prepares weekly project status report.


10. Conducts project monitoring inspection and see to it that the project schedule is followed to each detail.


11. Evaluates and recommends progress billing based on the project percentage of completion.


12. Coordinates material delivery schedule.


13. Conducts quality control on all finishes


14. Inform contractor and Architect on change in the plan versus actual site condition and other changes as requested by the user.
