Job Description

Thisperson must be a self-starter, can think outside the box and must show greatsense of teamwork to join a fast-growing company. Core responsibilities are:

ProjectManagement

· Manageproject escalations, risks, and issues, ensuring quick resolution and effectivecommunication with all stakeholders involved.

· Ensureteam compliance with all necessary project documentation for the onboardingprocess.

· Deliverexcellent customer experience, maintaining a CSAT score of >90%, througheffective client and stakeholder management.

· Communicateeffectively with various stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations asrequired.

· Assistin creating comprehensive project plans and custom proposals in collaborationwith the GM for Strategy and PMO.

· Reviewteam output, including client proposals and contracts, ensuring timely andaccurate delivery.

· Ensurethat all documents, procedures, and templates are up to date, working closelywith consultants.

Governance

· Managethe day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small tomedium-scale projects and initiatives.

· Workclosely with the GM for Strategy and PMO to ensure project leaders adhere toproper governance, documentation, processes, and procedures.

· Escalateproject or initiative issues and risks that could impact scope, timeline,budget, or delivery, and collaborate with the GM for Strategy and PMO toaddress and mitigate them.

· Conductgovernance meetings with project stakeholders to review project and initiativeprogress.

· Producestatus reports in collaboration with project leaders for assigned projects.

· Ensureprojects remain within scope and budget during implementation, promptlyescalating any deviations.

· Developtools, repositories, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient projectmanagement.

· Managethe capacity of the business consulting and client onboarding team.

· Executemonthly coaching sessions with staff to foster development.

· Ensureall staff are enrolled in and follow long-term development plans.

· Monitorand manage staff performance to ensure KPIs are met.

· Conductperformance evaluations and appraisals for direct reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Graduateof any course.

· Atleast 3 years of experience as a project lead or manager

· Experiencein working in BPO or service industry

· Atleast 1 year experience of supervisory position

· Projectmanagement or six sigma certification is an advantage

· ExcellentEnglish communication skills

· Creative– good in PPT designs

· Highdecision making skills and logical thinker and can think outside the box

· Team playerand flexible

· Exceptionalleadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interactwith stakeholders at all levels.

· Strongorganizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize andmanage multiple projects simultaneously

· Competent to manage multiple projects with demandingtimeline
