Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting services projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all accounting services projects for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget

- Coordinate with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate to senior management as needed

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- 3 years of experience in project management (client-facing), preferably in the accounting or financial services industry

- at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Proficient in Project Management tools and Accounting software (Netsuite, Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or/and IFRS)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
