Project Manager - Cebu

• Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules
• Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
• Prepares a description and timeline of the project
• Maintain a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
• Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
• Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction Job Qualifications:
• Preferably a Civil Engineer
• With at least 5 years experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development, an advantage Job Location: Banilad, Mandaue City
