Project Manager (Cutover)

We are looking for a highly motivated Cutover Manager with strong communication and management skills.

Our mission is to orchestrate end-to-end transversal services to successfully deliver projects, aiming for highest client satisfaction and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Your key tasks

• Managing cutovers in a complex technical environment, which serve multiple customers and are developed in multiple international locations
• Managing and controlling your project, including transparent and meaningful reporting on scope, financials, progress, quality, risks and issues
• Introduction of specific measures to solve project issues and timely escalation to decision-making authorities if needed

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Banking, Business or Economics
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in leading and managing interdisciplinary teams
• Conflict solving personality with good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Entrepreneurship and a solution orientated problem-solving attitude
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
