Project Manager (Logistics/Finance)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team. This role will be responsible for managing renovation projects, developing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Renovation Projects:
   • Oversee all aspects of renovation projects from initiation to completion.
   • Ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Develop Project Timelines:
   • Create detailed project timelines and schedules.
   • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
3. Project Planning and Implementation:
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
   • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Proactively create contingency plans to minimize project impact.
5. Resource Management:
   • Assign tasks to project team members and track their progress.
   • Provide performance feedback and support to ensure team success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Logistics/Finance background.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on a hybrid set up with 2x/week on site.
