A leadingdeveloper in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented and results-drivenProject Officer to join their growing construction team. In this role, you willbe responsible for overseeing a designated construction project, ensuring itssuccessful completion on time, within budget, and according to projectspecifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe workenvironment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise the assigned construction project from start to finish for a leading developer.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.

Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols at the construction site.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction.
