Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

At least 2 - 5 years of Construction experience knowledgeable in Construction Materials, Warehousing, Inventory and Material Inspection.

Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.

Job Description Summary

Responsible in preparation of the Procurement schedule based on the Master Construction Schedule.

Planning and preparation of a Site Warehouse and Storage Lay-out Plan in order to efficiently accommodate incoming material deliveries.

Prepares all purchase requisitions and recommends cost efficient initiatives in material handling.

Supervise the efficient operation of the Project Warehouse in compliance with the Project Warehousing Procedure.
