Job Description:

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Quality & Documentation Specialist to support our Project Delivery and Services teams in Renewable Energy and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects. This role ensures project and LTSA (Long-Term Service Agreement) documentation is standardized, compliant, and aligned with international EPC standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality documentation (method statements, work instructions, templates, client deliverables).

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements in the Renewable Energy/EPC sector.

• Support Project and Services teams with structured processes for document preparation, submission, and approval.

• Implement and manage digital document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, QMS platforms).

• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure alignment across the full project lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project documentation practices.

• Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Quality, Documentation Control, or PMO roles within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power Projects.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EPC quality frameworks.

• Familiarity with Renewable Energy (solar, wind) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in digital tools (SharePoint, document control/QMS software).

• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
