Job Objective:

Projects Specialist is mainly responsible of keeping track of the documentation and ensuring that all scheduled progress reports are collected in a timely manner and any timetable changes are communicated. He/She must have a strong interest in construction progress to mold character development in the chosen line of employment.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Fresh Graduate or with an Architecture Apprenticeship are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable with AutoCad, SketchUp, Planswift, and MS Office Applications
• Capacity to read architectural and engineering plans and to strictly implement construction standards
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to be assigned at Kapitolyo, Pasig City with on-site duties as needed
