Property Maintenance Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

The Property Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, reliability, and operational readiness of Wilcon's stores, warehouses, distribution centers, offices, and other facilities.

The role ensures that facilities are safe, well-maintained, cost-effective, and ready to support daily business operations through effective maintenance planning, asset management, contractor management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across Company properties.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and building systems are safe, reliable, and operational.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, and asset performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead property improvement, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Monitor facility downtime and implement measures to improve reliability.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop the Property Maintenance team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, building operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing multiple sites, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, building systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, problem-solving, vendor management, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to different Wilcon properties as needed.
