Property Sales Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the effective management of residential and commercial properties. This involves determining rental rates, advertising and filling vacancies, managing tenant relations, and monitoring and evaluating maintenance.

Qualifications:

• ►Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Property Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related course
• ►At least three (3) years of experience as a Property Manager
• ►Knowledgeable of property regulations
• ►Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ►Ensuring the departmental sales objectives are met by closing deals with clients who are interested in purchasing properties.
• ►Develop content for sales presentations, collaterals, scripts, etc.
• ►Directly negotiates with buyers according to the terms and conditions as approved by the company.
• ►Establishing a positive rapport to ensure continued business.
• ►Ensuring promotions and marketing of properties by creating advertisements, listings, social media posting, open house events, etc., in order to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• ►Responsible for conducting market research, comparing data, and developing a recommendation to aid the business in obtaining the most advantageous leasing/selling terms and conditions
• ►Collaborate with the Admin team to draft, revise, and review contracts, documentation, and other needed requirements between the company and the buyers.
• ►Keep abreast of the most recent real estate laws, regulations, and rules.
• ►Other reasonable tasks and duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
