Job Description - Provider Relations Coordinator (Cebu)

Job Objective / Purpose:

The Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting provider network operations in Cebu by coordinating closely with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.

This role will be hired under Flexicare (Health Delivery System, Inc.), a RelianceUnited company.

Job Description:

Support provider network operations in Cebu by coordinating closely with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
Ensure smooth facilitation of documentation, accreditation processes, and communication between Cebu-based providers and the Manila Provider Relations team, while also addressing inquiries related to Flexicare’s Sales.
Assist in expanding and strengthening the provider network.
Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from providers in a timely manner.
Prepare reports and updates related to provider network activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, Allied Medical Courses, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, account management, or similar roles.
Experience working with doctors, clinics, or healthcare networks is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Experience in the healthcare or HMO industry is preferred.

Work Conditions:

Employment type: Regular
Onsite work setup in Cebu City
Willing to conduct field work within Cebu City and Cebu Province as needed.
Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
