Providers Relations Officer

We are seeking a Provider Relations Officer for a reputable healthcare facility in Bulacan. The role involves serving as the primary liaison between the organization and its network of healthcare providers. The Provider Relations Officer ensures smooth coordination between providers, hospital management, and internal departments while maintaining strong professional relationships and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, clinics, and partner providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and provider satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate provider performance, feedback, and compliance with established policies.
• Assist in network development initiatives by identifying and onboarding new providers.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on provider engagement and service quality.

• At least 3 years of experience in provider/client relations, medical sales, account management, or related healthcare roles (hospital, clinic, HMO, or pharmaceutical company).
• Solid understanding of the Philippine healthcare system, hospital operations, and medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to handle sensitive concerns and provide effective, mutually beneficial solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Genuine desire to support and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers.

Salary: ₱20,000 per month (negotiable depends on experience)
