Work Setup: Onsite (Quezon City)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (medical allied courses). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
• Active CPC, CCS, CIC
• 5 years in Coding, Auditing, Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with subspeciality coding to Inpatient

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
• Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient, Outpatient, Transplant, Surgery, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Emergency, and OB-GYN
