QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute thoughtful, risk-aware test plans
• Review and improve test coverage for both manual and automated suites
• Own E2E automation testing for your assigned project or product
• Participate in incident report discussions and help drive preventive actions
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers
• Provide insights throughout development, not just at the finish line
• Mentor junior QAs and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused team culture
• Suggest improvements to our testing tools, documentation, or workflows
• Facilitate or contribute to scrum ceremonies and QA onboarding sessions

What We're Looking for:

• Solid experience in quality assurance for web applications or similar domains
• Familiarity with creating comprehensive test plans and identifying risk
• Understanding of automation frameworks and test case design
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and a drive to improve continuously

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Theyre great to have, but were happy to support you as you grow

• Experience in CI/CD and QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Ability to contribute to testing infrastructure decisions
• Comfort facilitating team discussions and scrum events
• Familiarity with Agile workflows or Jira
