QA Engineer - Civil

The QA Engineer Vertical/Horizontal Projects ensures that the quality projects deliverables from plans to actual are strictly implemented.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALITY AND ON-TIME DELIVERY

• Monitor and ensure compliance of project to plans, specifications, and standards
• Submit inspection report/QA memorandum with recommended course of action
• Ensure that assigned projects are using reliable and qualified material testing laboratories and ready-mix concrete suppliers
• Submit accreditation report and certificates
• Regular monitoring of project status based on project schedule and identify causes of delays for analysis and improvements
• Evaluate assigned project time extensions report (TER)
• Review and evaluates COCs of assigned projects

COST EFFECTIVENESS

• Evaluation of CO including completeness of attachments must be done 7 to 14 days
• Evaluation of 100 % billing with site inspection (5 Days) and without inspection (1-3 days)

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

• Implement regular audit to monitor compliance with approved processes and procedures based on QA manual
• Orient and assist in the proper usage of the QAM portal as database projects documents specially for COC evaluation
• Implementation and monitoring of HCOM app and Billing App

PERFORM OTHER DUTIES THAT MAYBE ASSIGN BY SUPERIOR FROM TIME TO TIME

QUALIFCATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering/Architecture
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect
• At least 2 Years experienced in Architectural/Engineering Design and Construction
• With Professional Drivers License is an advantage
