Scope & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the overall quality of our solutions prior to the official release.
• Understand all system requirements and provide functional test scenarios that will cover all functionalities of our solution.
• Prepare necessary HR master data for relevant test scenarios.
• Document, analyze, and prioritize defects, and ensure the resolution is confirmed.
• Continuously improve the test database.
• Work on the testing of our cloud-based solution.
• Actively participate in Test Team meetings and plan the testing requirements.
• Participate in automated and manual regression testing, as well as performance testing and other test types practiced by the client.
• Continuously improve the test strategy.
• Carry out meetings to evaluate functional documents and plan the testing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of testing experience.
• Experience in Cloud based, or Web based Solution testing.
• Experience with Human Resources processes is necessary.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work independently on a project as well as in a team. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Passion for having the job done with high quality and excelling in uncovering critical bugs/issues.
• Experience in Testing Automation is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP HR (and/or SuccessFactors) as an End User is a key advantage.
• Experience with the following is a plus: Testing Tools JIRA and Zephyr, Testing Automation, API integration between SAP and SuccessFactors or other systems, SAP HR basic functional configuration, Data Migration from legacy systems.
• Any previous experience as a developer and or end user of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is welcomed.
