QA/QC Analyst

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our products and services. This role is focused on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) call flow testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and identifying and reporting of defects to ensure all solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand requirements based on test plan.


• Develop and execute manual test cases based on client requirements.


• Documenting test results and report any defects encountered during testing.


• Collaborate with Implementation team for bug identification and regression testing.


• Participate in training session or workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to IVR call flow testing.


• Understand defect management and defect prioritization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be in field of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• With interest in quality assurance and software testing, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.


• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.


• Able to work collaboratively.


• Preferably in field of Information Technology or Computer Science.


• Experience in any QA testing (Manual or Automated)
