QA/QC Inspector

Role description:

Role accountabilities:

•    Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standard in quality.
•    Assist Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements.
•    Generates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client.
•    Assist Senior QAQC in all weekly site construction meeting with the client and IN-house Operations team.
•    Does daily inspection and generates puchlists and NCR’s for the review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client.
•    Ensures and monitors that punchlist internal and client’s punchlist are done prior to any viewing or handover.
•    Knowledgeable in the standard procedures in testing and material inspection.
•    Ensures that the materials delivered complies with the client standard and specifications.
•    Implementing quality control policies.
•    Establish QAQC protocols and process for each project.
•    Knowledgeable in QAQC auditing and the ISO Quality Management System.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

•    Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
•    Has 2-8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management
•    Experience on upscale Construction Projects within hospitality sector
•    Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme
•    Proven knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System
•    Excellent communication skills both oral and written. 
•    Able to communicate with management and Main Client confidently and professionally.
