Educational Requirement:

College Graduate
Undergraduate 2nd year completed

Work Experience:

2+ years experience as Quality Assurance Analyst in a BPO setup
Required: Sales background
Can also accept candidates with any CSR domain (half of the headcount)
Good communication skills
