Salary Range: ₱60,000 - ₱70,000

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

The role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assistant Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives for our client. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality auditing, people management, and performance improvement within a US healthcare setup. This role is responsible for driving quality excellence, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards, analyzing performance trends, and leading a team of Quality Analysts to achieve operational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Analysts to achieve quality and performance objectives.


• Conduct and oversee quality audits to ensure compliance with client requirements, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.


• Analyze audit results and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.


• Create and maintain quality dashboards and reports using advanced Microsoft Excel to provide actionable business insights.


• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other stakeholders to address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.


• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and alignment with client expectations.


• Prepare and present quality performance reports during internal and client review meetings.


• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Assistant Manager in a BPO setting, with a strong background supporting US Healthcare accounts.


• Proven experience in quality auditing, people management, and performance coaching.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Experience creating and maintaining quality dashboards from scratch.


• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
